What is your return policy?
If the recipient of your gift basket wishes to return it, the basket must be returned within 10 days of receipt undisturbed.  This means the basket cannot be disassembled in any way, so that we can give the next customer the same satisfaction of receiving a well put-together gift basket.  A refund check or gift certificate can be mailed to the recipient or the credit card on file will be refunded.  Please return it in the original packaging (marked FRAGILE) to Cotton Creations, 2655 W. Airport Road, Morris, IL  60450 for a full refund (if all items are returned in satisfactory condition).  Custom made gift baskets cannot be returned.

How can I contact you?  
So that we can spend more time working on your gift baskets, we prefer to handle all questions via email.  We do our best to answer your emails within 24 hours.

Can I mix products from one basket to the other? 
Customers cannot switch products from one gift basket to the other.  Our inventory is set up in such a way that removing an item from one basket may cause a shipping delay for another customer because of a missing item.  If you wish to have a certain item from another basket, we may have an extra one or we could possibly order that item for you.  However, there may be a delay in shipping and an increase in the price of the basket.  Please send an email in advance if you wish to add or replace an item.

Can I request a different size outfit?
The sizes that we have listed are the sizes that we have in stock for that particular basket.  If you wish to request a different size outfit, we could check from our supplier to see if it comes in a different size.  This will cause a delay in shipping.  Please send an email with your request before you place an order.

What do you mean when you say an item will be substituted for one of equal or better value?
Sometimes it may be necessary to substitute an item that is pictured or listed in the description. It is possible that the supplier no longer carries the item or it is out of stock.  If this is the case we will use our best judgment and substitute the item for a different style/color or manufacturer of equal value.

Do you accept custom orders? 
You may request a specially made gift basket of your theme choice.  However, this could take some time, depending on your request (possibly 4-6 weeks).  Also, the gift basket must include no less than 10 items.   Please email your request and we will send you a quote.  Because we cannot resell a custom made gift basket, it cannot be returned.

How long will it take to receive my gift basket and how is it shipped? 
After your order is received, your basket will be completed and shipped to you within 3 business days.  Your credit card is charged at the time it is mailed and will include the shipping/handling amount which is approximately $9.95-$14.95 for domestic shipping. (The shipping amount does not show up in the shopping cart at the time of checkout).  It is shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS ground delivery) or by United States Postal Service (USPS Priority delivery or Parcel Post).  We will select the most economical means of shipping that will depend on the individual basket weight and location where it is to be delivered. An email will be sent to you with the shipping details. International shipping depends on where the package is being shipped. Please refer to each basket for shipping charges.

Where do you ship?
Our gift baskets can only be shipped within the United States or overseas.  At this time we do not ship our baskets to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.  Customers that request a package to be overseas should contact us before placing an order to receive a shipping quote.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payment by personal check, money order, or credit card. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Master Card and American Express.  Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped.  To place an order by mail, please go to the order form to print.  Make your check or money order payable to Cotton Creations and mail to Cotton Creations, 2655 W. Airport Road, Morris, IL  60450

Can I order by mail instead of online?
Yes, please print an order form and mail it to Cotton Creations, 2655 W. Airport Road, Morris, IL  60450. You may use a credit card or send a check.  If using a personal check, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank.

Yes, there is a space provided at check out for special instructions or gift card information.

Can I order from your partner site (Christmas stockings) at the same time I order a gift basket?
You may order Christmas stockings from our partner site at the same time you order a gift basket, however the shopping cart may be confused when you use the "continue shopping" link as it will not know which site to return to (use the "partner link" if you did not return to the correct one).  Otherwise the shopping cart will work fine when submitting your items and credit card information. If you want the gift basket and stockings to be shipped to different locations, you must indicate in the space provided at checkout, where you would like each to be mailed. Also, shipping charges will be added to your subtotal when your orders are shipped (see above for details on shipping).
